Used or refurbished gear (like wheels, kilns, slab rollers, grinders): All sales are final these are condition-verified and typically sold “as-is.” Damaged on arrival? No problem at all! Notify us within 7 business days of receipt with photos, and we’ll offer a full refund or replacement your choice.
